📅 Saturday 20th March, 2.30–4.30pm at The Woodstock (M20 2DY)

🌼 Join us at The Woodstock on the 20th March for a relaxing afternoon of (re)setting intentions and celebrating the Spring Equinox.

🌱 We’re often pressured to set resolutions in the New Year but this is the time when nature wakes up again and it feels much easier for us to come out of hibernation.

🌷 We’ll begin the afternoon with relaxed introductions to get to know everyone better and enjoy the space together.

🤗 You’re welcome to come to the event with someone else, but the vast majority of guests come alone so you’re more than welcome to and will be warmly introduced to everyone.

📒 We’ll then segue into some guided journaling time to help you pause, reflect and (re)set expectations for the year ahead.

💡 This is your time, of course, but I’ll encourage you to set one key intention as your focus going forward and to hold that in your mind for the rest of the event.

🎨 Time to get creative!

🪴 You’ll have a pot that you can paint with whatever design comes to mind ~ all materials are provided but if you would like to bring anything of your own then you are welcome to.

👕 We’ll also give you some soil to fill up your pot (there will be gloves for you to use, of course – but I’d encourage wearing a top that you don’t mind getting a little mucky!)

🌱 And last, but by no means least, some seeds to sprinkle in ~ perhaps holding in mind your intention going forward.

✨ It’s a beautiful thing to hold in your mind as you nurture your plant going forward.

🫖 The Woodstock is a beautiful venue and you’re more than welcome to stay and chat with people afterwards to continue making the most of the Spring Equinox.
