Spotlight on Matthew Turner: Capturing Stories Through His Lens

Looking for fresh, creative photography and videography with a personal touch?  Meet Matthew Turner, a rising local talent who brings energy, passion, and storytelling to every project. In this interview, Matthew shares how he first got into photography, the types of projects he takes on, and why he loves turning ordinary footage into something unforgettable.

 

How did you get into photography?

I’ve always been quite a creative person. I remember when I was a little kid I used to always make stop motions and animations and as I got older that interest just evolved over time into photography. I also love the social aspect of photography, getting to talk to people and have a good laugh whilst being proactive with my passion for photography is amazing. 

 
What can people book you for?
 
I do a range of media. So if you have footage and want an awesome fresh edit from an experienced creative mind, I am just your guy. You can also book me in for event photography, this includes parties, social gatherings, charity events and also award ceremonies. But I would say I am very flexible, so If you need any stock footage/ pictures, I am always happy to help.

Is there anything you’d like people to know about you and your photography?
 
I don’t just do photography. I love making videos for people too. So if you have a folder full of dull footage, I can make that footage into a fun trendy edit. I also do videography.
 
So If you are doing an event and want the moment to be captured in a fun way with nice designs over it. I will be there. I can also do motion design, so I can make a video with your company without any footage images or voice overs, just give me an idea and I will create it.
