💻 Join us in Moxy’s beautiful co – working space for the chance to get out your home, clear your head and work your way through that to – do list.
🧘 At 10am, there will be an optional activity led by the host to help you get set for the day. This will include breathwork, setting your intention for the day and prioritising your to-do list.
⏰ If you don’t wish to take part that’s totally fine, please do still arrive at 10am and you can just crack on with your work.
🍓 Everyone will be greeted with a little pack for the day: including a notebook, herbal tea bag and sweet treat.
👩💻 Please be mindful that guests may wish to use this space in different ways. The majority will be looking to get their head down and crack on but some may also want to work in a group for some of the time.
🎧 If you’re the former, please feel free to bring headphones – put those in, and I’d ask that any guests wearing them aren’t disturbed.
🌳 At 11.30am, there will be an optional break to get some fresh air.
🎨 If you’d like to stay at Moxy, we will also provide some mindful colouring sheets and other activities to help you switch off from work for a while.
👀 You’re welcome to leave everything where it is at Moxy, as there will be someone there to watch your things at all times.
🥗 We’ll break for lunch at 1pm and you’re welcome to eat by yourself or join the group to get to know others. Please do order from Moxy as they’re very generously allowing us to use their space for the day!
☕ Again, there’s an optional break slot in for 3.30pm but please do use the day however you need.
🍷 You’re also very welcome to stay for a drink after work and get to know your fellow co-workers better.
