✍️ Join us for our guided journaling event where we will be reflecting on the importance of self-love, setting boundaries in your life and exploring what is important to you in your relationships.


🍓 You will be greeted with a little wellbeing pack; including a herbal tea bag and sweet treat to enjoy after the event.


🎴 A gifted self love/ body positive piece of artwork is also included in your ticket!


📚 This session will be run by an experienced Literacy Specialist who will guide you through the journaling prompts. A notebook and stationary will be provided, although if you wish to bring anything of your own you are welcome to.


🎲 We’ll start with a few creative prompts and games to help you get to know others in the space and open your imagination for the evening.


📓 By the end, you will hopefully feel refreshed, at peace and have explored more deeply what self – love means and how you can continue to show up for yourself.


🍷 This event is hosted in Reserve Wine’s beautiful dining room – a cosy and intimate space in a soundproofed room that creates total privacy. They have an incredible library of wine (and other drinks!) but also have lots on offer for anyone who would prefer a non-alcoholic option.


✉️ We’ll send out some guided journaling prompts afterwards too, to keep you journaling throughout the year.
